PGCPS Students Sharpen Skills During Winter Break

UPPER MARLBORO—Prince George's County Public School students have received Winter Break Packets to help them stay on course while schools are closed for the holidays.

“While we want students to enjoy their break, we also want them to use this time as an opportunity to heighten their skills as we prepare for the upcoming testing season,” said Dr. William R. Hite, Jr., Superintendent of Schools. “We need parents to make sure the Winter Break Packets are completed and turned in on time.”

Winter Break Packets are available for students in kindergarten through tenth grade. Packets should be completed and returned to schools when classes resume Jan. 3.

They can be downloaded from the school system website.
