BACKGROUND:
Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) students and staff will be honored at the first Prince George's County Board of Education awards ceremony of the school year. Participants will be recognized for their outstanding achievements.

Recipients include Scholars of the Week, Teacher of the Month, Maryland Blue Ribbon School, National Achievement and National Merit Scholarship semifinalists, Snow Plow Mural Competition winners, Alliance for Healthier Generation recognition recipients and Healthy Schools Program Champion.
