COLP takes place in the rural setting of the William S. Schmidt Outdoor Education Center, and is designed to prepare second and third year cadets for leadership positions within their JROTC units. The camp challenges cadets both mentally and physically, and develops their abilities to lead, follow and apply newly-acquired skills in practical situations.
