WHAT: School groundbreaking ceremony

WHEN: Thursday, May 3 • 8:30 a.m.

WHERE: Doswell E. Brooks Elementary School • 1301 Broke Road, Capital Heights

BACKGROUND:

Prince George's County Public Schools will host a groundbreaking ceremony for Doswell E. Brooks Elementary School.

Renovations to the existing school, which will include larger classrooms and a new media center, are underway. The project is slated to be completed by August 2013.
