Did you know that Cleveland Browns Safety Usama Young graduated from Largo High School in 2003?

 

Young has not forgotten his roots in Prince George’s County. The Super Bowl champion established the Usama Young Youth Foundation, which provides mentoring, advocacy, tutoring and leadership development. His goal is to open an afterschool center in the Washington metropolitan area and Louisiana.

 

Young received his bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from Kent State University where he was the school’s highest draft pick in history.
