UPPER MARLBORO, Md.—Classes will be in session for a half day on Feb. 13 to make up the time lost due to inclement weather and the earthquake at the beginning of the year.

There will be no pre-kindergarten classes on Feb. 13. The decision was originally announced Sept. 27 and officially approved by the Board of Education on Oct. 13.

The day was previously listed on the Prince George’s County Public Schools calendar as Professional Development for teachers.
