Registration occurs daily from 9:00 am-12:00 noon
Registration for Pre-Kindergarten* and Kindergarten
*Pre-Kindergarten registration from May 31, 2012 to June 6, 2012.
Pre-Kindergarten requirements for Chillum Elementary boundary only.
Required information needed:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residence
- Rental Agreement or Lease*
- Deed*
*If Lease or Deed is not in the name of the parent of the student, a notarized letter and copy of the owner's Deed or Lease is required.
Registration for Grades 1-6
Required information needed:
- Two pieces of mail (with current address on it)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Lease/Deed*
- Last Report Card
- Photo ID
- Withdrawal Packet from previous school *If the parent's name is not on the Lease or Deed, a Shared Housing form needs to be completed and notarized.
