As a staff, we support the Prince Georges County Public Schools mission of ensuring that all students acquire the foundation they need to become life-Long learners able to compete in the global market. We hold high expectations for all students and support them in the context of strong instructional leadership and a safe and orderly environment.
Departments and Clusters of teachers monitor student learning with the support of the data/testing coach. Using differentiated Instruction to meet individual needs, teachers adapt the venues of instruction.
Our Extended Learning Opportunity (ELO) Program is an instructional strategy designed to bolster the Performance of students scoring basic in reading and math, on the Maryland School Assessment (MSA).
Knowing the critical nature of parent involvement in student learning, we place a high premium on the input and involvement of all stakeholders: parents, students, staff and community.
