Welcome to the Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS) Certification Office website. The Certification Office works directly with the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) to provide certification services for contracted educators, specialists and administrators.  For non-contracted, supporting personnel employees please contact the Maryland State Department of Education at 1-866-772-8922.  The Certification Office is not authorized to complete evaluations, credit counts, add endorsements or accept official documentation for individuals who are non-contracted employees with Prince George’s County Public Schools. Certification regulations are subject to change without notice.
