SAT/ACT Test Prep Sites

Below are free sites that have been shared by SAT Prep teachers:   students who have taken the PSAT register here and using the code on their PSAT score report (which their counselor has a copy of) they can access an electronic report that allows them to review their incorrect answers and view answer explanations. It is a free personalized SAT study plan.   There is a whole free SAT test for practice as well as lots of sample questions and tips for the test    

 This is a free SAT prep site developed by a Harvard grad and highly recommended. It has students take a full practice SAT and make suggestions from their results using:

60 engaging lessons in math, reading, and writing that infuse pop culture into learning to make prep accessible

800+ challenging practice exam questions that simulate the SAT and provide full explanations and unique features like a score projector to show you how you are predicted to score on the real exam similar to the TCA program. The better you do on the SAT questions on this site the harder they become. If you get an answer wrong the site will tell you why. It also offers strategies for each SAT section, and a vocabulary builder. This site offers a free online SAT improvement program, using simulated SAT questions paired with explanations. This site claims to be getting great results with its interactive Critical Reading passages. GoCollege has a little bit of everything, including college and scholarship search engines. This site offers free, full length, on-line SAT and ACT practice tests.  offers free test prep for SAT, PSAT and ACT. This program begins with a diagnostic exam and then a 60 hour SAT tutorial tailored to individual needs. This test prep site offers free videos with test taking tips, featuring a veteran SAT tutor who is a Princeton graduate.   Sparknotes has free SAT test practice tests, tips, flashcards and videos.
