We are pleased to have you visit our site today. Capitol Heights Elementary Talented and Gifted School is part of Area 3 in Prince George's County in the State of Maryland.We have a student population of 216 children in Pre-K through 6 grades, including both a TAG and a comprehensive education program. We are a manditory uniform school.
