Our vision at Brandywine Elementary is to ensure that each student is given the opportunity to reach his/her potential, enable him/her to become productive members of society and to become life long learners.
To achieve this vision, the mission of the administration and staff is to:
Create an enviroment that increases teacher capacity through collaboration and professional develpment;
Instill high expectations in all students through recognition and celebration;
Frequently monitoring student progress through data;
Make data-driven decisions for staff and students;
Provide a safe and orderly environment;
Establish effective home-school communication; and
Increase parent and community involvement.
