Open Enrollment is now closed for the 2012-2013 school year.
All Changes that were made by 8:00p.m. Wednesday September 12, 2012 will become effective October 1, 2012.
If you did not make any changes during Open Enrollment, your benefits will remain the same.
Supporting documentation (marriage license, birth certificates, etc.) must be received in the Payroll and Benefits Office by 5:00p.m. Monday September 17, 2012.
- Changes to benefits can only be made because of a qualifying life event or eligible family status change. A summary of qualifying life events can be found here.
- New employees have sixty (60) days from their date of hire to enroll in medical, dental, prescription, vision and flexible spending accounts, and thirty (30) days to enroll in supplemental life and long term disability insurance. New employee benefits information is available here.
