
Introducing the use of PayPAMS.comElectronic Payment Option and Procedure
Effective December 1, 2009
Introduction:
The Before and After School Extended Learning Program is committed to providing efficient service to our customers. Therefore, effective with the payment due on December 7, 2009 you will be able to make payments using PayPAMS.com, an electronic payment option. Using PayPAMS is a simple, safe and secure method of making tuition payments.
- Pay with Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. We also accept Debit Cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
- A convenience fee of 3% of your transaction or $4.35 per student’s bi-weekly payment will be charged to cover the cost of processing payments and maintaining the service.
Procedure:
If you already have a PayPAMS account for Food Service, skip to Step 2.
Step 1: Go to PayPAMS.com and click on the Register Now! button on the home page. Follow the steps to create a user profile and add students to your account.
Step 2: Click on ‘Before and After School’
Step 3: Select the payment period and click ‘Add to Cart’
Step 4: Select Student(s) name(s) and follow the steps to authorize the payment
Step 5: Click on ‘Authorize Payment’ and receive a confirmation number
We are making every effort to minimize our administrative costs and keep our tuition rates below current market rates for this area. We are encouraging our parents to take advantage of this electronic payment option. Use of this service allows us to serve you more effectively and efficiently. Adherence to the current late payment policies will be enforced.
