Description of the Department:  This department is responsible for all creative arts content areas [including health education and physical education], home schooling, ESOL, and early childhood in the system.  They also develop curriculum for the content areas and extensions to the curriculum to support ESOL, talented and gifted students, and special needs students.  The department offers co-professional development opportunities across curricular areas to provide a seamless integration of instruction between all content areas.  This department provides enrichment opportunities for creative and performing arts students to participate in school, County-level and community programs.
